Leroy quoted around £1000 and would only do the job for cash. He said he did not believe in paying tax and that his accountant says he only need to pay tax on earnings over £80,000! As for me I pay tax. And I sleep at night :)

They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. The paving slab steps leading to our front door needed urgently replacing. Then we identified that the supporting brickwork wasn't in great condition. Dajland made the supporting structure secure and removed and replaced all our slabs, including doing a tricky cutout. Communication was great and the cost was very reasonable. The biggest thing I can praise is Dajland's attention to detail. He works carefully, methodically but also very quickly. A genuine professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
