We were quoted for 3 jobs only one of which has been fully completed with 1 not done and 2 done to a not great standard and with out all of the waste being removed (which was part of the quote). Said they would be starting at 11 but didn’t arrive until gone 1pm which made things difficult for us. No pictures sent on completion despite this being offered by them and no response to our attempts to get in touch to rectify the work that has not been completed. A disappointing experience unfortunately.

Found lads keen for job but was a little overpriced, hired anyway as thought would take care of all. Lylandia cut back after nesting season which is too big a job for me now. Not all plants pruned correctly and had to remove cuttings myself from bushes so not ideal, as noted in ad they'd dispose and clean up afterwards. Grass trimmed too but wasnt requested....decent effort all said and done. Thanks

Neat and Tidy did a great job of tidying up our garden in a rental property. They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. Quick and efficient, and put the garden back to a manageable state.
