Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.

Ben came and changed the electrical shower for me. It wasn't easy because the existing electrical cable was a bit short, but Ben did a good job and sorted the problem. An outstanding job completed today by the W2.0 team! I contracted Alfie to refurbish a large area of Cotswold stone terrace and pathways around my home in Godalming. The terrace was a mess. Alfie and his team made a great job of removing all the old cement mortar pointing, relaying loose slabs, re-jointing and tidying up the area, including rebuilding the front door step. His young team were friendly, polite and hard working and I am happy to recommend them to anyone considering hard landscaping work. Everything was delivered to the agreed plan.

Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend
