Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

Same goes for extensions We do all ground works, build shell and put roofs on, then client may want to take over at that stage. We are pretty flexible. Josh was friendly and did a good job for my mum’s small garden. He removed a large overgrown shrub and ivy which was all over the fence and shed. Removed all the rubbish and put up a new fence. Also laid membrane and gravel for the side alley.
