Zeeshan quoted me for the job, two days work for £300. He turned up as planned looked at what needed to be done then went back to his van and promptly left. Also gave him two parking permits for the day which he did not return. The least he could have done was tell me he didn't want to do the job after all but instead just left me high and dry waiting for him to return. Very inconsiderate. All the more so as I am paraplegic and deserved some explanation.

Instead just drove off leaving me no explanation. The least he could have done was tell me he didn't want the job after all instead of leaving me high and dry waiting. Very inconsiderate especially as I gave him two parking permits for the day which he did not return.

I’m very sorry that you had this experience, and I completely understand why you were upset. The reason I had to leave so suddenly was because my grandmother, who lived with me, had just passed away. I received the news after arriving and had to return home immediately due to the family emergency. I did try to call you to explain the situation, but I wasn’t able to get through. I also sent you a message and later tried to contact you again to reschedule, but unfortunately I couldn’t reach you.
