As you can see from the 3 previous ratings, any opportunity will be taken to extend the job. In hindsight I’m wondering if holes were made in the roof membrane too. Ripped the new flashing, water pouring in. Ceiling soaked, rug ruined, laminate flooring now lifting. Didn’t turn up for 3 days. Roof still leaking. Changes sim in his phone so you can’t get hold of him after paying out £8k. Avoid Will he is a chancer. Do not use this company!

Please please avoid! Came to fix a job, instead looked elsewhere and "found" a hole in the felt in an area he wasn't asked to even look at. From there he claimed there were other holes and felt sunk (whereas I know this wasn't true, as I checked), certainly cast more than a doubt if the hole was there in the 1st place (in an area they ought not to have even looked). Agreed a £250 refund and surprise surprise that also didn't happen. There is other stuff also, genuine review of my own experience.

Slate & Tiled Roof
Will and Malik did a excellent job for us and cleaned up after themselves, not only did they sort our roof out but they put us a new fence front and back for a reasonable, we would gladly have them back to do more work if needed
Pointing / Repointing
William and Malik did an excellent job. Despite needing to do extra work, to make the chimney stack safe, they were super quick. Lovely people, helpful, and kept us informed all the time. Left everything really tidy. I would definitely recommend them to others.
