Escalated to RP's support team over a week and a half ago but still no resolution. Already out of pocket fixing one of the issues as it was causing a big leak and I will have even more expense when I inevitably have to hire someone else to actually fix the garage door properly. Would not recommend.

Garage door still has issues with dropping on one side. Problems do happen but I couldn’t test at the time due to the glue on a rubber strip drying. This happened as soon as I opened the garage door again. Anyway, promised a few times that they would come back and fix but nothing. I work from home so have suggests plenty of availability. Very disappointed

Joseph and his team turned when they said they would , checked my roof, with videos and pics to see , fixed my on going leak witch previous roofers couldn’t, a good price and quality workmanship, overall very pleased , thanks guys I will most certainly use again if needed and will recommend to friends and family
Had roof clean of this company very professional job and friendly to approach tidy up well
