In the process of doing the job he was hired to do - a fairly straightforward tap replacement, the guy broke our bathtub. We agreed on a fair deal: he doesn't have to pay for the damage - instead, we buy a new bathtub with our own money, he just installs it without charging us for the work. Then we made the "mistake" of paying him for the job we'd advertised, as any decent person would do, and we never saw him again. Avoid this builder.

Disappointed to have to post a bad review but have no choice. Nice chap, came with replacement part already in hand but only found after he'd gone that the problem hadn't been resolved. Numerous failed attempts to get him back - messages and texts to 3 different numbers. Main profile number no longer working. Finally had different plumber out today who has fixed the problem. He confirmed nothing had been done before and no parts had been replaced. Money down the drain. Do not use this company.
