I've had to wait to give feedback until we had a substantial amount of rain. No more leaks, job was succesful. I took note of previous feedback and asked for paperwork at completion. Duly received. would use company again and reccomend.

Was quick off the mark to organise an on-site visit, took photos of the areas needing work so that I could see the problem. Was able to complete works immediately which some people might find a little off-putting but he's clearly a young man starting out having worked alongside family previously and everyone has to start somewhere. I found him to be courteous, tidy, apparently thorough and have no complaint. Left me with a receipt and card. Would recommend.

Slate & Tiled Roof
We chose this company to repair a roof leak which had not been detected by a previous roofer. Initially, as a 'young' company, Obie & Bill were quick, willing and able to do the job in an enthusiastic way. However, communication is not their strong point and the follow up on the promised paperwork & photographs once payment was made has not been forthcoming. If they improve this, they have huge potential to do very well. Next time we use them we will pay on receipt of the paperwork.
