From the moment I got a quote Bob did all he could to sort and source this job for me. His customer service was excellent and I was kept fully informed all the way through. We were very pleased with the efforts of CLP to come and check the job that needed doing. Then Cain fixed where he thought the problem was. So far there hasn’t been any water sip through the windows but we’ll have to wait for the stormy weather to actually say “yes!”, the job is finished ????

I would absolutely recommend R Malone Joinery for the work he did on two wardrobes. We booked with him in June and he did all the work in three days in November. He knocked out the walls and replaced them with a built in wardrobe, and also at our request, built in the existing furniture we had in the room. We've never had so much space! Rob was friendly to us all including answering all the questions from our 6 year old whilst socially distancing. Plus he left with no mess

Trot came to install a cat flap through a wall within the house. Done an? absolutely amazing job which looks very neat and tidy! And was at a good price especially considering it was a very niche job! They had great communication and was able to help with any questions we had. Will definitely be using 1st Choice Property Maintenance again!
