The project turned into a whole bathroom & kitchen refit so it was a large job. The Claridges were thoroughly professional and clean. They came along a few times and designed it up for me, incorporating any of our feedback into the design. The work took a lot longer than planned, but it was very extensive. The end results were fantastic, we were very pleased with the work. We'd definitely hire M.C. again.

I was very impressed with Liam’s work. He got in touch so quickly re leak to garage roof and also removed ivy that was reappearing round the roof area and side of garage. Job was completed quickly once price was agreed upon. Very polite person and pleasant to deal with.

Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

They re-lined a long neglected Garden Pond and revived a blocked soak-away . They added a water butt to the soak-away. They worked hard in a biting wind and a shower or two. Very satisfied with the result..

I would highly recommend Denis. He was very friendly and helpful and was able to remove a fitted wardrobe and make good the ceiling, skirting boards and coving. He worked very hard and took everything away to dispose of leaving the room clean and tidy. Denis was on time each day and seemed both reliable and trustworthy. I would be happy to contact Denis again for any future work.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025.
