It's very refreshing to find a true Tradesman. He came and offered advice along with his quote. Once accepted, within days he was on site preparing to rebuild my boundary wall. 2 days later it's finished and what a fantastic job too. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to any one requiring work to be done. My job was posted on the 27th October and it's now 13th November all complete. Well done.

In a nutshell Mr Scales was god sent! I urgently needed decking done to an unusually shaped area of the garden and also tidying up of some unfinished work by a previous workman. Kevin did a remarkable job with the lot. He arrived at the times he said he would, waited to discuss anything he thought I needed to consent on and was very careful not to damage any of my pots & plants. He completed the work in the time he estimated & understood my tight schedule. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

Yet another triumph for the two Gary's! In less than two days they have transformed a front garden I was ashamed of to one I can be proud of and that people comment on. An unwieldy hedge was quickly removed and taken away, ditto the untidy gravel and replaced with very neat and attractive blocks. I've already arranged for some inside work to be done in the summer . . .

very hard working team of well qualified builders/tradesman. I am definitely going to call upon their services again in the future. They listened to me and carried out all the extra jobs I asked them to do. They even came back few days later to finish off the grinding on the plaster work. Very happy with Jonathan. Too often, we have experienced overpriced and delayed services. Jonathan provided the most competitive price for two days work, however he completed a grand job in half the time and only charged us for the one day.
