The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

We had Steven come to see us to give us ideas for our garden & found him to be very honest in the way he explained what he thought our job would involve . Unfortunately we had to cancel our project for the time being so did not have a chance to see our project completed by Steven . As i say very pleasant bloke who will tell you truthfully what you might need done .

Kevin and Andy came on schedule and felled a large tree in an awkward location. Job completed very well. No damage due to accurate felling. I will use him again

Valley Walling called round promptly and gave a good value quote to re point and tidy and seal the top of the wall. They told me exactly when they would start and finish the job. They kept to the timing and days working to the dot. Before they left they cleaned up using my hose for the stray bits of cement. Would recommend them for all outside building work. I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

Sandy is a fantastic tradesman, he's very friendly, a great communicator and turns up exactly when he says he is going to. He gave us a detailed and realistic quote. In fact we asked him for a quote on another job in the house too. For the repair itself, he did a very good job, and sent me photos in progress. A small crack appeared during the 'curing' process and Sandy came back, fixed the crack and was happy to do so. It has been a couple of weeks since the job was done and our wall is looking lovely!

Brian did a good job fixing my drive. Despite the heat they battled on and got it finished. I would hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone 1st class job.

Very pleased with all the work (internal painting) carried out by Thomas. He was always punctual and was a clean and tidy worker - all work carried out to high standard. He took very good care of all floors and furnishings. I will use his services again and thoroughly recommend him.

Andy is a joiner and he built my TV stand, he was so nice and made me feel comfortable chatting away while doing his job and my TV stand was up in a bout 15/20 mins he even put my TV onto my new stand and I am hoping he has time to get time to build my daughters flat pack dining table and 4 chairs, a nice TV stand for living room and a small set of drawers for her daughter's bedroom also his prices are very reasonable all in great Job Andy.
