When I found out that I had rotten joists, I was worried that the floor might collapse catastrophically. I urgently looked for a good builder. Some workmen's point views were disappointing and did not make sense. Ben was very knowledgeable and very experienced with building structures. He and his team were very thorough, conscientious. Paul is a brilliant carpenter - he completed a bespoke piece of work in a very tight space, all done in 1 day for a very good price. He's also polite, punctual and friendly. To top it off, we accidentally overpaid him for the work he did (by quite a lot) and within minutes he was on the phone to us telling us honestly about the mistake we'd made and the excess money was returned to us within the hour. Paul and his team are refreshingly honest - as well as being highly skilled. We'll be using Paul again!

We required erecting a partition wall to create a walk-in wardrobe, closing an existing door opening, creating 2 new doors on existing walls, installing a new door and relocating small electrial items. Russ provided us with a competitive offer but from the moment he walk through our door to measure the job, we knew we wanted him. He is very professional and well-mannered, and his workmanship and that of his subcontractors was impecable. We are approaching Russ to carry out further work at our home.
