Paul is a brilliant carpenter - he completed a bespoke piece of work in a very tight space, all done in 1 day for a very good price. He's also polite, punctual and friendly. To top it off, we accidentally overpaid him for the work he did (by quite a lot) and within minutes he was on the phone to us telling us honestly about the mistake we'd made and the excess money was returned to us within the hour. We had a difficult cleaning job of a large house that involved extensive sanitary cleaning, hoarding and large furniture disposal. The team worked hard and thoroughly to get the job done in two days for a reasonable cost. For any further work we will absolutely going back to LDL!
