Joshua and his team did a great job on both my front and back garden—trimming hedges, cutting back bushes, and weeding throughout. Communication was prompt from the start, and the quote based on images was spot on. They worked efficiently, were professional, cleared all waste, and left everything clean and tidy. Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

Friendly, professional and great attention to detail. Ron was thorough and meticulous when quoting the job which was quite a complex job as it was very bespoke. He asked a lot of questions which gave us the confidence that there wouldn't be unexpected charges. Ron was always on time, very reliable and left the house very tidy each night. We were aways kept informed of how the job was going and when it was expected to be finished. The quality of the work is very high and exactly what we had asked for. Highly recommended.
