I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

We would recommend Barry without reservation. He provided a quick and accurate quote for the replacement of our internal wooden doors. Great work done by Andrew at a reasonable price for a new cupboard to hide the gas meter and 2 shelves in the pantry and he also fixed my kitchen cupboard door which I have been without for a year would highly recommended

Jonnathan came to remove a conifer tree in my front garden,he came on time and quoted me a very resonable price.After removing the tree and doing a very good job i hired him to do some more work in my garden.Allround very good worker and nice guy.Definetly hire him again

No issues. Swift service. Good job and happy with service. Ivy removed from garden fence, patio slabs jet washed, artificial grass jet washed, roof part jet washed to look like new and moss free, all garden weeds removed. Well done to Bradley and his little helpers.
