Floor now looks amazing and the reclaimed blocks don't look out of place. Couldn't find a local tradesman so will use Rated People again when I need work doing on house

I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

We got there in the end! After a delay in completing all three jobs, everything was completed to my satisfaction. I will have another patio job later in the year and Mark and his team are top of the list for that.

Bill’s a really nice, genuine guy. He gave us prices for concrete replacement and new slate replacement. But also offered the option of recycling the original slate, an idea we really liked. Much more environmentally friendly. He did a great job. So good that my next door neighbour has had hers done too. And now the next neighbour along is having hers done as well. Bill is really respectful of your property, cleans up really well. And very considerate of your neighbours.

From the moment I got a quote Bob did all he could to sort and source this job for me. His customer service was excellent and I was kept fully informed all the way through. Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family
