Zlatko was brilliant. I made the initial contact for the work to be carried out at my sons' house. My son had just had a wood burning stove installed (it was a wedding present from my wife and myself) Obviously, there was a good deal of making good that needed doing. A fire surround and cast iron grate had to be removed. Once contact was made with Zlatko it was all systems go. He turned up on time to give a quote which was very competitive. He turned up the next day and did a super job.

I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. The project was finished on time and within the agreed budget. The builders were professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.
