Tom from Pink Hippo Tree Surgery did an excellent job. He arrived early, was polite, and very professional, handling even a difficult and aggressive neighbour calmly and firmly. He skilfully thinned a large silver birch overhanging our garden, cut back an overgrown Fiddle-Leaf Fig, and trimmed other trees. He cleared a large amount of waste and left everything tidy. Highly recommended for both the quality of work and professionalism under pressure.

I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.

Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. I would highly recommend him and his team for doing a great job.
