Shane was really helpful in giving us different ideas of what we could have with our windows, fascia and soffets. The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

Paul from the very first conversation showed himself to be very knoweldgeable about the process for our need including floor preparation, materials to use and correct deployment of expansion joints. Initially approached Glenn for a quote for painting and decorating, but became aware of other skills for a separate job I couldn't get a tradesman for. (Internal modification) Glenn was excellent in providing details of the job, he turned up the same day to survey, quoted a fair price and started the job the following week. Great communications throughout, very efficient and good standard of work. Glenn also did a couple of extras for me as while was here. Great guy, would definitely recommend! Thanks!

Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.
