Abdul did an amazing job on our bathroom and he will be coming back in the near future to do our 2nd bathroom. He was prompt and turned up when he said he would. We agreed on a price and that was it. However he went way beyond just simply doing a bathroom refit. He was extremely helpful in helping with changes that would make the design work better and enhance the finished project. We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
