He was able to fit me in before his holiday by kindly offering to work on a Sunday. I’ll be there to carry out the work myself which will be done to highest standard possible, sometimes I may require a helping hand, that would again a competent person. Joe was a pleasure to deal with. A competitive quote (cf. the other trader that quoted). Replaced the lead that had dropped off; fitted two cowls & in the process found an old broken tile (fixed that too). I then discussed an ongoing guttering issue I had (I was being given the run-around by another builder); he just did it! If I have another issue with my roof - hopefully not anytime soon - I would contact Joe, without hesitation.

Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Then I received a text saying he wasn't going to quote as he was off sick for 6 weeks, so unfortunately we are unable to rate his work...
