Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.
I am a fully qualified Joiner with over 21 years experience. I am apprentice trained and have both City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery and NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery. I pride myslef on doing a quality job at a fair price.

Luke and his team were fantastic. The quote was reasonable, they arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe, even staying late into the evening and working by torchlight to get the job done. Job was more entailed than first thought and therefore cost extremely more than anticipated but Frank was open and honest. Turned up when expected, cleaned up after himself and did the job super quick.
