George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. As a summary I can honestly say that Jonathan and his crew are the best I have ever contracted to undertake work for me. They submitted the best tender for the job, they turned up when they said they would, site was measured up then they arrived on the dot as arranged. They also offered suggestions that would enhance what I wanted doing which were all taken up. The guys were all pleasant and polite and very hard working. The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Extremely Disappointed – Overcharged and Poor quality of work. I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber. Not only was I significantly overcharged for it, but the quality of the work was shockingly poor. The leak that he fixed appeared again after 1 week when called back I was given a quote of another £150 just to come over to identify issue I ended up having to bring in another professional to look into it and he confirmed the issue was the same, due to poor quality of work this happened agai

Dean did work on our house, and the jobs that we asked him to do were done to a very high standard. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Dont use this man. He told me he had re-felted a dormer roof, when it was leaking 6 months later he tried to deny responsibility. When faced with photo evidence he accepted responsibility said he would sort it out then no further communication. A total con man!
