Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

Found this company through rated people when I was looking for someone to clean the moss off my roof. The service they provided was excellent, they were very polite & clearly knew what they were doing & the cost was far less than I had been quoted by others. Andy and Dan together with their team of local tradesmen provided us with a 1st class job. Cannot fault the speed at which House Proud Property Services got in contact with me and arrived at my property to take a look at the issue. We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! We highly recommend Colin if you are lucky enough that he is free to do your job.

Houghton Construction is a company I would use again. We Had a very good working relationship with Aaron and all the trades people he used. I learned a lot about various aspects of the building trade through Aaron and his people being around them (and sometimes in their way) for a few weeks . Thanks Aaron and all the trades people.

Martin did a superb job of skimming a bedroom ceiling covered with extremely unattractive artex. He was friendly and easy to deal with, arrived exactly when he said he would, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the room spotless. Highly recommended.
