We received a professionally produced quote and there was great verbal communication throughout the build and they always kept in touch. They ensured we were happy throughout the build, discusing details and materials in line with exactly what we wanted. Very personable, polite, courteous and always punctual. In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Karl was very prompt in replying to our enquiry, he turned up on time to provide us with a quotation and we arranged a day for the work to be completed. Unfortunately the weather interfered BUT Karl re-arranged for a couple of days later. He turned up on time and carried out the work with great efficiency and got the job done to our total satisfaction.
