Placed 16 Oct 2025, Charlie (manager & decorator, 40 years experience) phoned & visited, emailed good quote later. What a great team he has. The original job was to remove and hang new wallpaper but when Kevin & Chris arrived on the 20 Oct, after stripping the old paper, made good the walls for fully painting, a much better option for me, then went for the paint. 8am starts on both days, worked timeously, professionally with care,, and no mess for me to tidy up. We are a family run business with over 15 years in the building trade. From joiners, plumbers, electricians, painting/decorators, landscapers and plasterers we have it all. We take great pride in our work and customer care is priority. We do apply an out of hours charge after 6pm, weekends and bank holidays.

Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

What seemed initially a small job turned into a far more complex one, Aaron was extremely professional in both making 2 visits in the day plus trips to Screwfix to pick up extra parts.
