I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Zakir did mess up the job badly. On first day, he turned up with a guy with strong smell of weed, when I queried about it, he asked innocently ' Is it a problem?'. Thankfully, he later removed that guy from property. I hired him for all the good reviews but my job was done to a very poor standard. He rushed through job though I was asking him to do it properly. All LVT tiles were coming up next day. I tried calling him multiple times to come back and fix it but without any luck.

I do painting,decorating and plastering .I am always dedicated to what I do and have never gotten a bad review . I live in Thorton Heath and have a lot of experience working in people 's houses. I contracted Alfie to refurbish a large area of Cotswold stone terrace and pathways around my home in Godalming. The terrace was a mess. Alfie and his team made a great job of removing all the old cement mortar pointing, relaying loose slabs, re-jointing and tidying up the area, including rebuilding the front door step. His young team were friendly, polite and hard working and I am happy to recommend them to anyone considering hard landscaping work. Everything was delivered to the agreed plan.
