The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.
