Stud wall, light fitting and radiator fitting plus plastering. Very pleased with all the work carried out. Is to a very high standard and completed promptly and tidily. Even put some board back up in in my porch as an added 'freebie' Would definitely recommend. Steve and Debbie M30

I would give ten stars if I could ,this young man has made an old lady happy,as simple as the job may have been it has made me feel better for having the light fittings changed which I've been looking at for one year now and it's wonderful to have proper light ...lol ...I will be having more work done by this lovely young man and Thankyou Mike God bless you and see you soon . Dan was really professional and we are very pleased with the service provided and the finished job. Worked extremely hard during the hottest days of the year in a very small bathroom! Would definitely recommend him to others and will be using him again for future projects.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Richard actually text messaged to call me an idiot out of nowhere!? Unsure as to why as he's not even done a job for me and I've never even met the guy - was just a text conversation regarding a quote. Obviously there's some issues going on there.
