AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

Darryl and team have done an outstanding job. Came early and prepared the entire hall stairs and landing. All doors, handles and light fittings covered. They worked hard all day and were very meticulous about everything. Completed the job to a very high standard and cleaned up, before they left on day 2. Worked late to complete the job. He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! I am a self employed tradesman, with over 18 years experience. I specializes in the wet trade (plastering, all types of rendering, dashing, screed floor and concrete work), I am also experience in wood flooring, tilling, slabbing etc.
Started off very well. Putting on the tiles was extremely good but the grouting was a different ballgame. Not that good I'm afraid. Some parts not the best and grout dried out all over every tile which took 2 1/2 hours to clean off. Very surprised.
