I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

Extraordinary plasterer, on time prepares area to be worked on well works tirelessly and not only completes job on time but also to a very high standard .. finished effectively 4 bedrooms, large hallway in just over 2 days .. also helped repair some damaged walls in living room at no extra charge.. will definitely use again ..

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Very disappointed with this company. It hasn’t even been a year since the flooring was installed, and it is already lifting up and moving. This should not be happening so soon. I contacted the company to have it fixed, but they never came back or followed up. The lack of response and poor service is unacceptable. Please be aware of this company before hiring them. I am highly disappointed with both the quality of the work and the customer service.

Paul and his guys were brilliant. We are so pleased with the end result, the bathroom looks really high quality and I couldn't fault anything, The guys were all a pleasure to have working in the house for the just under three weeks it took,and Paul was really helpful with the design and some changes we wanted during the process, too.
