Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Great team of guys. Very professional. Did a very good job repairing our roof which turned out to be more involved than originally anticipated and therefore a lot more expensive. However did feel pressurised to agree to the extended work. Negative feedback on this job- a week on from completion l still have the scaffolding erected despite promises to remove it promptly.

We can't rate the value as we have little experience of stone masons- it seemed reasonable. He was very helpful and we were grateful that he fitted our job in when we needed it doing fairly urgently. I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!

They called me to book in a job and moved the job time twice in the same day and felt it was appropriate to come out at 8pm at night. I'd wasted my whole Saturday waiting in for a quote. Ironic considering the name of their company.

Very poor. They did not provide an accurate quote and tried to charge 50% extra. Workmen were messy and noisy and left screws and nails all over the driveway causing a tyre puncture. The tyre had to be replaced. Waste removal was delayed and the guttering is still not finished.
