Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

They responded, they turned up when they said, and were able to do the job quickly which was important because the roof was leaking. They were polite and gave a number of solutions to each problem which we could then decide on our preferred course. The work was to a decent standard and they knew what they were doing. They didn't like it when I confirmed I would pay in full the day after the job was completed - sometimes it is not possible to pay late in the afternoon of the job being finished.

Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

I am giving 1 star for turning up .my problems still exist Daniel said he fixed the leaking water and sorted out guttering but there's still water coming in house and guttering is still leaking didn't give any paperwork of 15 year guarantee once full payment made,I have tried again and again for him to still fix the problem he said he would but hasn't turned up avoid this guy

Had minor roof, soffit & fascia repairs done plus rainwater pipes cleaned out. Quality of work was ok, however their pricing quotations were at a silly high level. Watch out for the upsell, I was quoted £20K for a new roof!

I hired this company to fix my garage roof. The guy who runs it, called Jimmy, advised me to install these sheets. He never screwed those sheets and never came to fix it. He scheduled to come three times and never showed up. Avoid this company
