Marco responded straight away to my advertised job, and was able to start immediately. Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. Left flat clean and tidy, did an excellent job and really happy with the standard of work. Highly recommended.

We probably won’t be the cheapest quote because we prefer to use top quality materials and we believe that the dig out is the most important part of the job. The job was posted on 22nd July 2025 and Wade Ellis of Ellis Roofing And Building Ltd responded 2 days later. After a survey, I received a quote on 26th July, which was accepted. A skip arrived on 29th July and the work commenced next day. The job was completed on 1st August. The bricklayer and his female trainee assistant got on with the job without any fuss, and they were very pleasant to deal with. The aim of the project has been delivered and I am very happy with the result. I recommend them. 5 stars!

We are very happy with the service provided. Bodean came quickly and gave us a reasonable quote. The team returned a week or so later to do the work. They worked flat out to lift over 3 tons of old flags and sand and levelled the site, returning the next day to lay turf and to trim our tree. The team took away all the waste and left our garden tidy. They were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We are extremely happy with how they improved our garden and we would definitely recommend to anyone.
