The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost ÂŁ900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.

Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.
The company did 2 pieces of work for me competently and with minimum fuss.
These young people appeared as promised and undertook a contract of work. They were very likeable young men. Sadly it became apparent that they couldn’t fulfill the job they agreed to do. Indeed it saddens me to say that they did a bit more damage than they fixed. They did promise to rectify this but I haven’t seen them in a fortnight. So whilst I would be glad to see them again. I don’t think I will.

Charged ÂŁ140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be ÂŁ60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further ÂŁ60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten
