I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. Pete came round and his knowledge, advice and very reasonable price for those elements resulted in me giving him all the work for the extension build and I'm very glad I did because he did an amazing job (thanks Pete!)

Absolutely fantastic to work with! From the first call to Ervis to the end of the project, it was a smooth and enjoyable one. The team are professional, honest and hard working. They are a family team and have honest morals which reflect in their dedication to provide the best service they can. They are reliable and well priced compared to the other quotes I got. Graeme came round and quoted for the job. £180.00 including materials, which he carried out on friday. He made a lovely job and left the place nice and tidy. I had a kitchen blind I was going to put, I asked Graeme if he wouldn't mind doing it, which he did at no extra cost. Extremely grateful and will definitely use again.

Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

Arben and his team were fantastic. Before the project started there was real concern to make sure we were sure that we were getting what we wanted. When they started considerable care was devoted to making sure that all measurements and positions were correct. They worked hard, were on time, clean, tidy, and considerate. The end result is exactly what we wanted, beautifully installed at the agreed price in the timescale agreed. I would highly recommend this team.

Las and two of his sons came round at very short notice to do all sorts of tidying up and repairing around the house. They were on time, very efficient and very patient with a long list of small jobs.

Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.
