Karl was very prompt in replying to our enquiry, he turned up on time to provide us with a quotation and we arranged a day for the work to be completed. Unfortunately the weather interfered BUT Karl re-arranged for a couple of days later. Experienced gardener/landscaper. Qualified in using chainsaw and spraying. I have my own petrol chainsaw, trimmer, strummer, and lawnmower (all stihl). I have my own 8 x 4 trailer so can take any garden materials away. Very competitive on price.
A reasonable quote was given very quickly for a fencing job. The chap I spoke to on the phone beforehand and met on the day of the job (Simon) was polite, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He and a colleague erected the 5 6x6 fence panels and posts without fuss and to a high standard, despite some difficulties inherent in the job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
I set up Mark Shields Garden and Landscape Services last year, previous to this I worked for a large landscaping company for many years, I offer a affordable, reliable service and an overall professional approach to all work I undertake.
Mark and Aaron did a great job. The garden was like a swamp before they started, they had sub zero temperatures, ice, snow and frozen turf to deal with but it was finished to a high standard and on time, they cleared everything up after they had finished and took all the rubbish away. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Darren completed some brick wall re-pointing. Fair price, arrived at agreed times and did a good, clean job. Would recommend.

Very disappointing standard of work, i wish i could attach photos. Asked for money upfront for work not done, even asked for diesel money. When challenged, lied about what was included in the quote.
