Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work

I posted the job on Thurs, Mick and Pete came round on Sat morning and the job was done by Tues. Really professional and friendly guys who explained everything to me really clearly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. Genuine hardworking tradesman. He quoted a price and kept to it. Offered advice and got the job done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend him for any carpet laying job. Use him you won't be disappointed.
