The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.
