Sadly I am having to revise my previous opinion of flat roof work by RT Bane. Within a few weeks, as soon as weather warmed, the EDPM peeled away at the join with the neighbours roof. RT Bane returned on a day I explicitly said I was not available and masticed a portion of the join. They admitted it looked poor and, despite repeated text and calls, have not returned, as promised. I am now worried its a poor job per se and I could have water seepage as they clearly have zero customer concern once job done.

Job done a few days ago, 1 or 2 pigeons still hanging around which was what Kevin said but no bird mess on the paving since he did the job which is a very good sign to indicate what Kevin done is working as there was always bird mess in the morning that needed cleaning. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.
