Vinny removed a rotting timber beam and replaced it with a steel beam. It sounds simple but I saw skill and experience producing an excellent job. Take my word for it because the beam is now hidden by a coat of render, looking exactly as it did before.

We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.

Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.
