We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. The job threw up some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen and they were handled professionally by the team. Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,

IKEA furniture construction services £17.50 per hour. Minimum call out charge £40 Special day rate £115 - 7.5 hours Packing services £20 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £125 - 7.5 hours Removal services £30 per hour. Minimum call out charge £70 Special day rate £190 - 7.5 hours Specialist/ Large scale Removal jobs: If I need to hire a MWB the rough rate is £40 per hour. With a minimum charge of £70.00. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum charge of £100.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated. Please give the rough dimension of any key double height items that need to remain upright, such as a fridge freezer? In addition is it a two or three seater? Waste Removals services £35 per hour.
