MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

At Prestige Coastal Construction Ltd we work closely with our clients on their projects to help bring ideas to life. We cover everything from kitchen design and installs, bathroom installs, garage conversions, painting and decorating, plumbing, electrical and much more.
I hired Prestige Coastal construction to install a new kitchen, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results. The fitter left the job incomplete, with countertops and fixtures partially installed, and didn't return to finish the work. I have been left without a sink and and the washing machine unconnected. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I now have to hire someone else to complete and fix their unfinished work, adding extra expense and stress. I would not recommend.
Am a qualified professional plumber for over 15 years and has experienced so much in the work and it all came from the bad I encountered, and because have learned so much I don’t repeat myself making mistakes. A few examples of the work I do are, bathroom fittings, floor laminates, laying of tiles, partitions and toilet drains. All of these achievements are the result of my years of efficiency and hard work. I have nvq level 2 in plumbing and am taking a gas engineering course . My focus here is to take orders from clients, complete them professionally and do whatever is necessary to complete them within the agreed time
