We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Durim offered a competitive quote and promptly started work. ?He completed our job to a high level of quality within a week’s time, and we are very pleased with the outcome. We had the hall, stairs and landing painted and papered. Every stage of the job was completed to a very high standard, there was more prep work than initially thought but that was no fault of Tony's but discovered on stripping the old paper. The extra work was done with no extra charge, including a repaint of a radiator. Tony is an exceptionally nice person who works very hard and neatly we highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

Barry was very friendly and cheerful, turned up when he said he would and got on with the job with no fuss at all. He was very unobtrusive when working and performed the work to a high standard. There were a couple of things we noticed that weren't quite right once the work had finished, and he was very happy to come back round and sort things out even a couple of months later. Would definitely recommend him.
