Took a bit longer than expected due to various problems due to the age of the existing boiler - but we ended up with what we wanted. Very professional and kept us informed about everything that was going on and what would be required and why. Would recommend Jamie.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Jim’s Electrical Services

Excellent service from Alex. Came out straight away and gave me an estimate and a date to complete the work. On the day he kept me informed what was going on and how he was progressing with the job. I can highly recommend Brian at BCK Plumbing. He has done a fantastic job and was very clean and tidy. Bathroom out and new one fitted within a week. Excellent job and would definitely use him again.

Peter and his team (Mark and Chris) are professional and hard-working. We ultimately required unforeseen work due to old water ingress. Peter's team did not make a drama out of our mini-crisis and took it in their stride.Peter was great at liaising with us, always appraising us about what was happening next. Peter's experience and know-how helped us make better and more informed decisions. We now have the most gorgeous, boutique-style bathroom. We would not hesitate in recommending Peter and his team.
