Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Hello, Been in the Building trade for over 30 years, my son has joined our team now , New to Rated People but not to the Industry . We cover all aspects of Groundworks and this is what most people can't do or just don't like the hard work . Footings , Extensions to Roofing , we recently attended Firestone rubber roofing course and they will insure it for 20 years through ourselves , felt has had it's day ! Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

My quote was prompt and quick, based on photos as I wasn't local for them to pop out and look at the rooms. I was very impressed with Ben & Pete from PJPS Construction, they were friendly, professional and stayed late to get the job finished ahead of the estimated timescale. Plaster work is great in the Kitchen and Master Bedroom. I would definitely recommend them.

Dave renovated my mum's kitchen - knocking down an internal wall, bricking up a doorway and fitting a new door and kitchen. His price was mid range of the quotes we received. He did a good job, my mum was very happy with the end result. He also came back after being paid to correct/ replace a few things that needed fixing. He worked neatly and was very polite. The job did take a bit longer than we were told, however we would definitely use him again.
