We also do fortnight/monthly maintenance appointments at a great cost..
Comes to give price agrees to to the job then starts ignoring you and changes his mind and doesn’t want to do the job not recommended waste of time

Original estimate was 15 days work (continuous from start date) - started in April, did not finish until End of September! Finishing quality extremely poor Regularly failed to turn up when expected, did not undertake all work quoted or promised - rarely if ever cleared up after themselves. Overall hugely disappointed
