All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

Jeff rang about my job within 30 minutes of submission. We sent him digital photographs of the site via the internet and he gave a reasonable quote which he stuck to. He was able to come to our house to do the job within 2 days. He did the whole job in one morning. Jeff was very professional and courteous. The retaining wall is exactly what we wanted. I've never seen or used this "Rated People" but I will definitely use it again. I would thoroughly recommend Jeff.
